Cancellation Policy
Booking & Refund Policy Because each service is personalized and requires dedicated time, preparation, and energetic investment, all purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed readings, recorded readings, emailed readings, mentorship sessions, mentorship packages, or other services once purchased. Clients may reschedule live sessions with at least 12 hours’ notice before their scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be considered forfeited at the practitioner’s discretion. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a reading, mentorship session, or package, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
