1. Nature of Our Services
All tarot readings, mentoring sessions, and related content provided by Flowers and Cigarettes are offered for entertainment, spiritual, and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Readings are subject to interpretation and are never guaranteed to be accurate or predictive. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on a reading or mentoring session, and Flowers and Cigarettes accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from your use of our services.
If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, or personal crisis, please seek help from a licensed professional or appropriate emergency service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a reading, purchase a subscription, or make a purchase through this site.
3. Bookings and Payment

Readings (Zoom, email, or recorded) must be paid for in full at the time of booking via Stripe, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy
All sales are final once a reading has been booked. If you want to reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your reading and we will do our best to address your concerns.
5. Subscriptions & Membership
Our subscriber membership (Discord access, live energy checks, private collective readings, and extended readings) is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of that period.
6. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to decline or end a reading, mentoring session, or membership access for any client who is abusive, disrespectful, or whose requests fall outside the ethical scope of our practice (e.g., requests regarding death, legal outcomes of ongoing cases, or health diagnoses).
7. Confidentiality

What you share during a reading or mentoring session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to blog posts, videos, and recorded readings — is the property of Flowers and Cigarettes and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowers and Cigarettes disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including emotional, financial, or other harm — arising from your use of our services, website, or content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
